MVP exists for people who already have authorized access to USA installations. Treat it like housing bulletin board — not a taxi company.

• Only people with authorized DoD base access may join or list.
• MVP is a referral board, not a carrier, broker, or payment processor.
• Do not offer commercial taxi service if local law or your command forbids it.
• No weapons, alcohol delivery to minors, or anything illegal on an installation.
• Treat every member as you would a neighbor in housing.
• Do not share CAC numbers, full SSN, or other PII in messages.
• Cancel promptly if you cannot make a pickup.
• Report impersonation or unsafe behavior via Contact.
